Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Our Company representatives will receive you on arrival at the international airport in Delhi early in the morning and assist you for early check-in at the pre-booked hotel. After wash n change your sightseeing of Delhi starts with guide.
Delhi, the capital of kingdoms and empires is now a sprawling metropolis with a fascinating blend of the past and the present. It is a perfect introduction to the composite culture of an ancient land. A window to the kaleidoscope - that is India.
A sightseeing tour of New Delhi would include a visit to the Humayun's Tomb, the Qutub Minar, a drive along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, the President's House, Lotus Temple and would end with a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave. Overnight will be at Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi - Jim Corbett National Park
Drive to Jim Corbett National Park.
Early morning drive from Delhi to Corbett National Park. Arrival at campsite by noon. After lunch, visit the Interpretation Centre. Guided jeep safari through Jim Corbett Park.
Corbett : The heavenly abode for adventure lovers and wildlife enthusiasts, Corbett National Park is set in the Shivalik foothills of the Himalayas in Uttranchal. River rafting and elephant rides are the favorite activities of the tourists here across the 520 sq km of India's first national park along the bank of Ramganga river.
 It is also known for Sal tree as its main flora. It is named after the hunter-naturalist Jim Corbett, who suggested the conception of this wildlife sanctuary, Over 50 mammals, 580 birds and 25 reptile species have been spotted here but the highlight of course is the Indian Tigers, Leopards and Gharials, the rare fish eating, long-nosed crocodiles. Day free to relax or indulge in wildlife photography. Dinner and overnight stay at Corbett National Park.
Day 3: Corbett National Park
Early morning elephant safari through open grasslands and dense forests for wildlife viewing in the Corbett National Park. After breakfast, jeep safari to lakeside to see crocodiles. After lunch, day free to relax. Optional spending the day in a watchtower overlooking a water hole. Evening film shows on wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay at the park.
Day 04: Drive to Delhi
Morning check-out from hotel / Resort of park, and drive to Delhi. |
